Not only were they quick on the response but they extremely communicative via what app and email. The drivers were safe, slow and steady on the crazy roads of Cambodia even in rain storms! We had to pick up a PCR test in Siem Reap and they stopped no problem. We were late on arrival ( flight delay ) and they were at the airport with a sign when we arrived. They showed up at our hotels 15 -30 minutes prior to our agreed departure time. I was so thrilled with their service that we even hired them for our short taxi ride to the airport on our last day. It was easy to book a ride through Whatsapp, and I confirmed our ride a few days beforehand. Polen arrived to our hotel early in a clean Lexus SUV with excellent air conditioning— a must as the temperature rose to 100 during our ride. He drove very safely, offered to stop if we wanted and got us to our hotel in Phnom Penh earlier than expected. He also had bottles of water in the car for us. Polen was a very kind and conscientious driver, and we highly recommend him and this service. If we are ever in Cambodia again, I would definitely use CPT again.

Our driver picked us up promptly at our hotel in a beautifully clean and air conditioned van.... read more The drive took about 6 hours and he offered us stops regularly, both for necessities like the bathroom, but also for interesting sites. Our driver, upon hearing that we'd never seen an actual cashew fruit before, even stopped to buy one from a road side vendor so we could have one! Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend!
